Arroz Caldo Ingredients : 1 Tablespoon oil 1/2 Onion, chopped 1 thumb sized Ginger piece, julienned 3 Chicken Thighs, cut in half 1/2 uncooked Rice 1/2 lemon 1 1/2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Directions : Add cooking oil to Mult-Pot and press sautee Saute the onions and ginger and press cancel Place chicken, rice, water, fish sauce, lemon, salt and pepper into the Multi-Pot Seal Multi-Pot and choose Soup setting for 25 minutes Use natural release of pressure after cooking
