Ingredients

  • 1 pound of unsalted butter 
Directions

  1. Select Saute function on Multi-Pot
  2. Melt Butter until bubbles form and the bottom of the pot is seen,  about 8-9 minutes
  3. Turn off Multi-Pot
  4. Let cool for 10-15 minutes
  5. Strain ghee through a cheesecloth or strainer into a glass jar
