 Cheese Crackers

Ingredients:


  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4th Cup Flour
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 1/4 t. paprika
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • water
Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Pulse cubed cheese into food processor until broken down and crumbled
  3. Add flours and seasonings and plus to combine
  4. Slowly add water, tablespoon at a time until dough comes together
  5. Move dough to tray lined with parchment paper. Top with another sheet of parchment paper
  6. Roll dough to thickness which cook desires
  7. Cut dough into squares and create dimples with chopstick
  8. Place tray into oven for 15 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and use a pizza cutter to separate little crackers
  10. Bake for another 10 minutes
  11. Cool and store in an airtight container
