Arroz Caldo
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 thumb sized Ginger piece, julienned
- 3 Chicken Thighs, cut in half
- 1/2 uncooked Rice
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Add cooking oil to Mult-Pot and press sautee
- Saute the onions and ginger and press cancel
- Place chicken, rice, water, fish sauce, lemon, salt and pepper into the Multi-Pot
- Seal Multi-Pot and choose Soup setting for 25 minutes
- Use natural release of pressure after cooking
